Vegan Tofu Chocolate Mousse
This chocolate mousse is made of just2 ingredients, chocolate, and tofu. It is high in protein and much healthier than ordinary mousse.

- 200 g Dark Chocolate chopped
- 450 g Silken Tofu (room temperature)
Put the silken tofu in a food processor and pulse it until smooth. Do not press or drain your tofu.Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in a microwave. Once your chocolate has melted, pour the chocolate into the tofu and fold it until homogenized. Divide the mousse between 4 pots or glasses. Chill them in the fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. To serve, sprinkle some shaved chocolate. Enjoy it!
